The Upsala Upstage Players announce open auditions for the musical "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" by Clark Gesner. No previous experience is needed to audition. "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" is a 1967 musical comedy with music and lyrics by Clark Gesner, based on the characters created by cartoonist Charles M. Schultz in his comic strip Peanuts. Three women and three men are needed plus Snoopy (can be played either by a man or woman). Additional performers are needed for chorus, ball teams, etc. All ages encouraged. Auditions will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 11th and 7 p.m. Sunday, May 18th, in the Upsala High School music room. Performances will be held July 25-28, 2014.
