Exit The Body

From the publisher Samuel French:

A mystery writer rents a New England house that is the rendezvous point for some jewel thieves. The focal point of the set is the closet which opens into a living room and a library. A body found in the closet promptly disappears only to be succeeded by another. The hunt for the jewels reaches a climax at two A.M. when four couples unknown to each other turn up to search. Not since the days of Mack Sennett has there been such an hilarious series of entrances and exits.

The Upstage Players produced "Exit The Body" in the winter of 2010.

Little Mermaid Cast List

Little Mermaid Cast

Here is the cast list for the summer 2017 production of "The Little Mermaid." As we've said before these decisions are always difficult, but we are very excited about the level of talent participating in this show. Every scene from beginning to end has the potential to be great.

NOTE: Almost everyone will be participating in "Under The Sea" and "Kiss The Girl" in some way, and there will certainly be opportunities for added responsibilities in other scenes as we go. Everyone should be in a minimum of three scenes. People with an (*) by their name have multiple parts.

Auditions for "The Little Mermaid"

The Little Mermaid auditions

Auditions for the Upstage Players' production of "The Little Mermaid" will be held Sunday, May 14th and Monday, May 15th at 7:00 p.m. in the Upsala Auditorium (you only need to come on one of those days).

Prospective cast members will be asked to read a short monologue that will be provided, and sing a short selection. You can either sing part of the "Star Spangled Banner" or, if you like, prepare one of the songs from the musical. You will sing for about a minute or so.

If you do not wish to be considered for a speaking role, you do not need to sing for your audition.

Summer Musical Announced!
